Cool House Co is a boutique Interior/Exterior Design and Build studio.
From Bathrooms and Basements to Kitchens and Decks, we Redesign, Remodel, and Refresh Colorado homes. We work with you to create beautiful and comfortable spaces that were designed to be lived in, by you and your family.
We are a smaller design and build studio that gives each project the attention it needs to be uniquely yours. One that collaborates with homeowners to truly get the most out of their home. We understand that even beautiful spaces need to be lived in and we will work with you to build an environment that fits both, your needs and aesthetics.
Sure, deep down we want all of our projects to be worthy of a magazine but what we really want is for it to be worthy of you. Something you love for years to come, an environment that brings you comfort, convenience and joy. The icing on the cake is smiling when your friends and family say . . . "Cool House!"
